This is 2013 and we are in an age of PC and general softness and peace to all things.

An offence like this is worth no more than ...... being strung up by the balls for 28 days whilst being whipped with rose thorns whilst the head is dipped into a bucket of excrement ......

of course if he wasn't family, then you would consider something a little harsher.
