Corner undertray removal/replacement

Hi,
Can anyone give me an idea of difficulty level and time needed to remove and replace a front corner undertray? Not sure what other parts you may need to remove to get to it?

I've been quoted £132 for the part (crazy) but £166 for part and fixing which I thought was worth it for bmw to fix it. Also indicates it doesn't take long!

Depending on answers I may try to source a second hand part either in the marketplace section or the interweb thingy!
 
It’s easy. It’s held on with about 7 screws. The hardest part is jacking up the car.
