Well the saga continues

Checked oil and water before a 400 mile round trip up and down the m6 to see family

Washed car and getting ready to cover, checked coolant and the indicator right at the bottom

No white gunk around the engine oil filler cap

Urgh back to the garage again

When the winds died down will be pressure testing agai

When you refill the system it often drops a bit after a day or so. Try topping it up first
