Coolant leak after replacing pipe

Hi all

Z4 2007 2.0

I replaced part number 17127537717 as the screw had sheered off so needed new pipe (part 2 in attached image)

Now it's gushing water out of the connection with the radiator once car gets hot.

The pipe is on tight and clipped in... Is there supposed to be an o ring I may have missed?

There is an oring on each end of the coolant pipe. These pipes are usually very difficult to get off if they have been on the car for a while so there is a possibility that the radiator outlet was damaged when the pipe was removed..

The o ring seal comes already installed in the pipe. There’s a chance it is missing

This is another reason why a vac filler helps, it should help spot it's not airtight before refilling. If you don't have one it's worth considering.
