Coolant drain and refill

2 questions here. What coolant have you all used when doing drain and refill? I see that pentosin offers two kinds, One is NF for nitrate free and SF for silica free. I have also seen a coolant for ALL makes out there also. I also would like to know if there is an easy way to drain these cars coolant via drain plug or something? Is there a drain for the radiator and block or do I have to remove hoses. I want to do simple drain and refill to keep from damaging heater core or radiator. Thanks

As long as it's phosphate/nitrate free, you'll be fine.
I think the recommended "colour" is blue and not red.

to drain, there are two blue drain bolts.
one is in the radiator, and one is in the expansion tank.

you'll also want to open the vent screw (hidden under the plastic slam panel) as well as the expansion tank cap.

remember to refill slowly and then "bleed" the heater system:

turn ignition on (not the engine)
turn temp to full
set fan to slowest speed
press and hold accelerator all the way down for 10 seconds.
as soon as the vent stops bubbling and you're just getting coolant, tighten it.
