convertable top dressing

I use Raggtop also but still get some grey lines that show. My top's never leaked and beads up perfectly, but when the top's down for a while then goes back up, I will get those lines. Mine is also however an older Z, 2003 so maybe that has something to do with it. I'm very tentative to keeping my top clean and treated.
Raggtop for me too. I was recommended it and found it to be very good
Don't forget it's a 2 part, cleaner then protector
BTW - I too have slight marks where the hood folds. They look more like shiny lines than wear perhaps where it runbs when stored. Every Z I've seen bar brand new has them.

^^exactly..if you buy the Raggtop kit, it will come with the cleaner and water-proof spray. I also have a soft-top brush that use exclusively for the top. Very gentle and very clean.

I went to one of my local BMW dealers and paid almost $50 for a bottle of cleaner and a bottle of dressing. The cleaner was $11.00. The RagTop Dressing was $31.00.
Using the cleaner and a soft brush, cleaned my top, then washed the car, then applied the rag top dressing. Looks real good, and all the white lines are gone. The top now totally black. Real Cool...
Oh, I also have a 2003 Z4 and it was 45' here today..........
