Connecting a iPhone 4 to Parrot

Does anyone else have issues connecting a iPhone 4 to Parrot Bluetooth hands free device?

When I turn the ignition on, it asks me to Pair my device
Works all fine
Until the ignition is turned off, I have to re-pair my phone every time, but the parrot should remember each device......
The installers told me its a iPhone issue

Has anyone else had this or have any solutions or am i stuck with pairing every time i need to use it? :|

Mine did the same - lost all settings on the parrot too.

Turned out I had the two in line fuse connections on the parrot loom the wrong way around.

Swapped these and worked since

:?

Can you confirm that your is a iPhone 4 ?

See i had mine fitted, and they told me its a 'firmware' issue with the latest iPhone software but it used to work until ISO 4 was released....
Im not sure if this is correct though, for example my iPhone connects with my iMac, and there are plenty of Bluetooth items for sale on the Apple website and instore.

I just need some clarification before i go back to them and have a go. Blooming frustrating, i cant believe i didn't think it was a major issue at the time (I was in a hurry typically) :(

Phew i thought i was going to have to contact the RSPCA when i read the post title :o
Trying to work out if the parrot was to make the phone truly mobile or a cost saving ansa phone service :)

OK i'll go away now, sorry

Can't say yours is definitely the same reason but good place to start maybe.

I have iPhone 4 with software up to date. Using a parrot ck3100.

My 4 hooks in fine to a 9000 system.

:-x Grrrrrrrrr
Starting to get the feeling iv been had

Emailed PARROT tec department, to see if they can help, then ill put it to the company that fitted it
Cheer's guys

Hmmm Now it gets even more frustrating
Someone suggested Pairing another phone, to make sure it works, which i have now done with a Blackberry and a Nokia, pairs up perfectly every time the ignition is turned on ????
So iv been back on to Parrots tech department, asked them to get customer services involved as on their website it says the iPhone4 is fully compatiable :-(
Maybe its the latest iPhone software, i dont know :headbang:

Remember that the Parrot only supports (4 I think) paired devices and you have to remove one to add one. I thought my phone had a problem but deleting a paired phone made it work.

I have an iPhone 4 as well as of yesterday but have yet to pair it to the Parrot in the Polo ...

 Right, FINALLY iv got somewhere :D
After Trawling through about 897432789543789534 articles online about the subject iv finally cracked it.
By holding down the RED and GREEN buttons together for a couple of seconds the Parrot goes into Reset mode / deletes all previous paired phones.
Once this is done it asks you to Pair a phone.
Paired my phone, put in the code, worked, turned the ignition off, tried again and it connected with in 10 seconds automatically
Iv repeated this about 20 times now lol and the phone connects straight away every time
 SORTED

By the way if anyone has the phone controls on the steering wheel but with out the Bluethooth option fitted. Iv got the PARROT CK3000 Evo fitted in roof of the glove box, with a Streering wheel wiring connector for a BMW E46 so all looks original. This was bought and fitted for £210, which seems alot cheaper and easier then Retro fitting the Factory Z4 equipment.
