Confirmation email problems

If you sign up but do not receive a confirmation email it may be because it has hit your spam filter.

Take a look in your junk mail folder, and if it is not received then drop me a line at [email protected] and I will activate your account for you.

We're having quite a few people emailing asking for their username to be validated... that's fine, but please do tell me in the email what your username is :roll:

...also, please do remember to check your junk mail folder, especially in yahoo / hotmail accounts

There is a guy on the FB group that has tried joining. He was previously a member but cant remember his user name. Says his email addy is registered and he has filled out a tech support request twice but no response. What does he need to do? As he is interested in going to zed fest. Happy to pass any message. :thumbsup:
 
If he can't remember his username he probably hasn't posted much previously, so he would be as well starting again with a new username. Probably need a different email to register from though.
