Seen this on eBay and obviously my next question is has anyone ever installed it?

I like it because I can put down the top, etc. at speed.

I don't have that exact one but I have one made by SmartTop and I am very happy with it. I can only operate the top up or down while moving but only up to 40kmh. The SmartTop pretty much does the exact same thing plus more, like the top button is a one push instead of double tap and you can program the mirrors to fold once you lock the door. One great thing about the SmartTop, it has a USB cable that you can leave connected and you can bring a laptop and access the module w/o removing and disable it when bringing to the dealership because it will give them errors if not removed or disabled. Just things to consider.

I love the system and well worth it and if that one is as reliable and easy as the SmartTop, then I think you'll be very happy with it.

I've looked at Putting that module put in but a little put off reading a review a while back about that module now and again doing weird things with the windows......it's mostly likely been fixed now as the review was a year or so ago.

I think if I do get a module it will be the smarttop, quite abit more (£280 odd) but seems to be better in that you can update it via USB if any new features/fixes come out and can be disabled if you take to dealers without having to remove.

If you do go with the Reinhold module would love to know ur findings though 8)

I'd definitely make sure that it is working properly before installing it because if it is anything like the SmartTop, it involves some wiring and electronics and it could be a problem if you aren't too familiar with it. SmartTop has a great customer service too and their vendors are usually very helpful and can walk you through with the installation or any problems you may encounter. Not to mention that they have a great in-depth installation instructions, which helped me and made the installation very easy.

Don't want to sound like a SmartTop spokesperson but their module are easily reversible (if returning a leased car) and it can be disabled via USB & laptop or via blinker stalk (so you can disable it if something happens out of nowhere and you need to bring it directly to a dealership) so that it won't be detected. I think that is worth the extra $$$ just for a safety peace of mind.
