It doesn't seem like I've had it that long, but I've loved every minute and have some fantastic memories. Especially of my Scottish trips so a special thank you to Peter (B21) for organising them. I have two more planned for next year. :D

It had another anniversary a week ago as it was registered on 12 December 2006, so in another year it will qualify as a classic, well for insurance at least.

In nearly 50 years I've only ever owned 2 cars for longer, the first was a 123d I bought in January 2008 as a pre-reg and kept for 6 years 6 months and the other is my current 330i daily I bought 8 months before my MC. It's definitely a keeper!

Congrats to you and the car-

Honestly without your input and guidance (and others who did the same) I’d have not taken the plunge into M world

Keep enjoying your car and eulogising about what an exclusive club it is…

🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Many thanks Stuart.

This year I've aided and abetted a couple of forum members into becoming MC owners!

Likewise! It was your car being used for a group test in an article in Modern Classics magazine that made me to take the plunge into Z4M ownership!

Can’t beat an M, it is a social car. Driving that after driving something new, it shows how much more fun it is to drive.

Congratulations and happy anniversary.
Surely warrants some pictures though, no? 😊

As collected, dirty from the trip home, slammed (on coil-overs) with spacers, CSL Reps and Maxton side skirts that meant you got your leg wet getting in if there had been any recent rain!

A year later with spacers removed, ride height raised so it didn't ground out on speed bumps and Aero sills.

But nearly everyone seems to have CSLs or Reps (and they are a PITA to clean) so I went back to OE with 224s which is how it still is.

Much nicer now, those wheels really suit the car

Nice one Mr T. Don't know about the car, but you are certainly a classic. Keep on enjoying your ///MC.

Look so so much better ‘cleaned’ up…

Congrats on the anniversary Mr T! I just ticked over 7 years with mine, still have no interest in selling it; nothing else quite hits the spot like these cars! Here's to many more happy Miles and memories!

You made me look - 15th June 2018 - similar years to Ed Doe

Close, though not quite part of the furniture just yet
