Clubsport gear knob

Just tried to order the clubsport/zhp knob from my local stealer only to be told it only fits the e46! I gave the part number as 25 11 78 96 031. Is this the wrong number or is the stealer talking out of his rear end?

Don't listen to the dealer. That's just the car it's listed for. Will fit fine.

bmwmini spares on ebay , mine cost £36 inc postage

Just checked ebay, seems bmwmini spares are selling the 5-speed one for about £43.
Will bear that in mind, cheers

Funnyenough, this was ine of the first things I wanted to change even during the test drive. The standard one just seems a little weedy compared to how I remembered the one on my CS, but it has been over a year so who knows.

Does anyone have a link to the above? I've found a seller on the bay called " cotswoldbmwmini " that does them, is this the seller your talking about?
