Climate Control intermittently not working

In the past two months, the climate controls on my 2012 Z4 have stopped working twice. No fan, no lights on the controls, complete unresponsive. It's like the climate control is totally dead. I can push every button and get nothing. The first time it happened I was driving about 50 miles. By the time I got home, i restarted the car and everything was working. A month later, I get out of work to find climate control isn't working again. I turn off the car and restart. Still not working. I drive it home about 7 miles, and try restarting it. Still not working. Next morning, it works! So I bring it in to the dealership today, but of course everything is working just fine. As I feared, they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I need to bring it in while it's acting up. So now I have to hope that my car decides to act up during regular business hours on a day that I can just stop what I'm doing and bring it in! I have a year of warranty left on this thing, so I REALLY hope it will present itself again soon, but in the mean time I was hoping someone else might have encountered it and knows what is going on!

Ive had this once, it was low battery charge. I've also read elsewhere about a software update but that was on early cars.

+1 Maniac.

Battery charge low. If you leave it standing for extended periods, consider getting a battery conditioner and leaving it connected when not in use.
