clear rear indicators/fog lights

I am considering changing my rear lights to the clear indicator/fog light type on my 54 plate. Can amyone advise on where I am likely to get a pair (and at what cost), where did these lights originate from, where they for export models. I am assuming they are a direct replacement, correct me if i'm wrong.
