Classic Car and Motorcycle Show at NEC

Anyone going to the NEC this weekend?

Fabulous show if you like cars and bikes - 11 halls and every type of car and immaculate bikes you can think of (and some you'll not know) and there's often some modern supercar stuff in one of the halls. There are live shows and competitions and lots of stalls and sellers there as well. You need a couple of days really to do it justice. Always a terrific show and worth travelling to (we're heading down from Newcastle to see it) so if it your 'cup of tea' you'll not get to a better show. Busy mind!

I always plan to go every year but never actually make it! I enjoy the Autosport show in January aswell.

Great show. Exhibited there one year with a Jeep.

Funny to be in the show with the concours car where they were cleaning car tyre treads with toothbrushes and I was sitting on the bonnet of the Jeep :)

Ought to go as I only live a few miles away.

Some really nice cars and bikes there, credit to their owners.
I personally don't think one day is enough to see everything.
Not sorted pics out yet but will put a few up when I get round to it.

Yeah was good. Some real anoraks there :D Was talking to a guy about his product that sound deadens door panels etc. I'll have to try and recall his co name but looked good stuff. Trouble was show price of £60 for two doors :o
Bmw car club stand was naff. Nowhere near as good as last year

Mine was a Blue FSie...

My friend has a vehicle exhibited at the show.. Its a little blue Jowett 8 pick up,believed to be the only one left.

Has anyone got a picture ?

got fs1e for 16th birthday baja brown ohn 983r bought it off my brother in jan 1978 also had the x19 same colour blue f reg.if i could turn back time ,as cher once sang,
