Seems to be on all the time, even without the keys in. If I am using it for my phone charger and forget to unplug, does it turn itself off after a while or will I get a flat battery in the morning?
Mine stayed "live" permanently, you shouldn't get a flat battery overnight just from a mobile charger though.
I used to plug a solar charger into mine if I wasn't using it for a while
