Chewed out 108 wheel screws

Two splined screw heads chewed out on my 108 wheels when I was splitting the rim from the spoke, ready for powder coating. I rang BMW, but they do not have the screw listed as a spare part. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there an alternative?

i am sure somebody posted on here a while back about spares, another idea is buying one wheel from ebay in a knackered state but using it as spares for bolts.

I bought a genuine BBS bolt from a guy on ebay, they are still on ebay, username is darren1501.

Hi CJ10jeeper. I would like to take up your offer of the splined screws for108 wheels. Can you give me a cost to air mail 6 screws to Australia, plusany stuff around expenses. I can transfer the money directly into your bankaccount if OK. My Zed started it's life in the UK before being shipped toOZ by the previous owner. The corosion on the wheels must have startedthen, due to the salt on the roads, as we do not get the problem down here.Really appreciate your help. Regards Den
