Changed my Mind on Z4 Purchase

If you want a distinctive Zed with impact, looking for an affordable capable Zed (with very low mileage) then have a look at jaxsZ4 recent posting. Don't be put off by the SMG auto, listen to what Bing says and for your commute, it would be an advantage. Flappy paddles - it's bang up to date!
Whatever you go for, driving any roadster is a delight - we've just got back from our Newcastle hoon, 'Hawick Loop' - the weather was unexpectedly spectacular - just wouldn't have been the same if we hadn't been able to have the roof down.

We've had three MX5's and currently the E89 ,we love them , though folks here regard the Coupe as a better car ,in my opinion driving around roofless is very satisfying , especially at night , I love it ,any excuse to drop the roof , it's down ,
It personal preference really , have you tried one or got access to one , give it go day and night , untill you've tried it you will not know enjoy

enjoyPaul, just looked at jaxs post. That truly is a lovely zed, love the red interior contrast with the simple grey bodywork. I seriously cant wait for the thrill of driving it on trips through the surrey hills and eventually maybe the lake district (we go annually).
Dicky, I havent driven one at all yet unfortunately. It is hard to find an owner willing to let me have a go let alone the insurance issues that go with it. Dealers would be more likely to let me give one a go but highly unlikely to have any E85 or E86 models.

That sounds like a perfect car Mr Wilks! But i really cant be making a decision like this so soon unfortunately! Good age with a good spec, reasonable engine. If i was ready to buy right now it's probably be a contender. I'm sure eventually similar cars will come onto the forums.
