anyone heard of this method of polishing alloy wheels ? was put in touch with a firm in milton keynes, atomic wheels, spoke to a really helpful and knowledgable guy, Tony, who explained the process that gently blasts the wheels with three different medias with abrasives and results in a highly polished wheel, these are then lacquered, the photos look stunning, 130.00 inc vat per wheel. have been wanting to find a company who can polish my m wheels ,no one else i spolke to would do this and most poo pooed the idea. am going to visit next week to see them in the flesh, a better option i think than painting when my wheels need a refurb, the M i have always thought will look even more stunning with polished wheels. anyone here seen this process before? :driving:

I have seen it done on small parts at a trade fair. It looks like a fantastic process. Much better than the hand held job I did on mine!! Give it ago try and get a discount as you have never seen it before.

£130 a wheel is a fair old amount to pay, platinum/Lepsons take them back to bare metal then powder coat for about £70 a wheel.

I'd be interested to see the results of this
