Centre Consul Switches - Changing

Hi, I need to change the centre consul switches panel (roof, etc). I have removed the ash tray and screw beneath that but nothing wants to move. Any ideas?

That's all that hold it in, just pull up from the front.

You need to pull the front up quite hard to detach it, then rotate it out - so sitting in the car you rotate it forwards towards the dash holding either side. Like most trim pieces it makes you think you are going to break it before suddenly coming loose. Gently increasing force until it shifts will work
