Center Console Storage Box Latch Broken.

Anybody know how to remove the top section of the center console storage box (Coupe)? The latch has broken from, I guess general fatigue. I have read on the Foram that it looks like its held in place by two screws located inside the storage box unit itself and then slides out?

I am assumimg if not repairable a new latch and cover section?

Have any of you guys had the bottom piece that triggers the locking mechanism break off? I brought my car in for an install and I guess the piece was loose already and it has finally snapped off. Do I need to replace the whole door or can I just get a new bottom part?
