Just had a quick search and couldn't see anything, so thought I'd put a post up.
I've just this morning tried to use my CD player for the first time since buying the car back in October. Put the CD in the slot, I can hear the motor inside come to life and it starts to take the disc, then nothing, it gets about half way, won't take it any further, then spits it out again.
I have tried pressing the eject button for a prolonged period to make sure there isn't a disc in the drive already, but nothing ejects (and I can't see anything in the iDrive menu to imply there is a disc inserted).
Has anyone has a similar problem or is it going to be a trip to the dealers??
