CD Changer stopped working

Hi,
My CD changer was fine till it suddenly had difficulty in reading the CD. The whole stereo froze and I couldn't change to the radio or anything else. Now you can select everything else, when you select the CD changer, it says "No magazine". You can't eject the magazine - it makes a clicking sound but doesn't eject.

Any Ideas? How do you remove the CD changer as I think it's the same one as our Mini Cooper so I'm thinking of swapping it over.

After some research on the web I tried a credit card with a prising motion under the magazine and the changer (Wasn't sure which one it should be) - apparently this activates "emergency eject" and it worked! I've put the magazine back in and the changer is working now! :?
