Don't go on the a Boxster forum and say its a girlie colour!

do men own boxsters?

The Cayman S was on my shortlist last year also. I agree with most, it's not a step up, but is a decent sideways step imo. Less power but more finesse. I'd definitely like to own one at some stage. That said the Boxster Spyder is a seriously good looking car.

That spyder is lush!!

I had a look at one a year ago when a forum member let me borrow his torque wrench...it replaced his ///m and he loved it. Sounded fab!!!

Agree with you totally Carol been envious of many cars I have seen girls driving ( including yours ) think it's a very silly term to be honest bit like hairdressers car and I am married to a hairdresser.

The S is very loud and drinks oil apparently. Probably the only modern Porsche I'd buy, still I'd have a 968 coupe anyday!
although I agree with you on the 968 which I think looks gorgeous, I disagree about the S drinking oil (can't remember it ever needing a top up) or being loud hence the need for the Carnwall exhaust mod.

Carole he's winding you up about yellow - we've just bought the kids a yellow car - so our drive is looking pretty colourful right now ;)

"Do men drive boxsters ? ".. I do. and it depends on the brand of oil you put in it whether it drinks it or not according to the Boxster forums in the US. I have to top up about a litre every 4000kms and it's a 2002 "S", I wouldn't call it drinking oil, maybe a "sip" once in a while. :D
