I never understand these self-incriminating videos. Also can't believe how empty the road is - wish there were some like that round here!

So, he's driving at that speed, one hand on the wheel, looking at his phone (occasionally), passing at least some traffic, and not even going in a straight line. What a fucktard

Out of interest, anyone know what he was driving ?

Tried to work it out but his camera skills are woeful!

I thought R8 V10 but the tacho redlines too low for that. Must be a tuned RS6 or something.

I gather he is filming on his mobile with his left hand, whilst driving around a curve, on a public road, past other traffic, at 190+ miles per hour.

Mental case.

Lock him up Dano. :headbang:

The BBC said its a GTR, but the video is an Audi, and there was a picture of him with an RS6, so assume it was that.

They are a 5.0 V10 Turbo aren't they?

Also found it funny he was listening to Shaggy, "It wasn't me" and he pleaded not guilty to the charges!

I am sure I read in the paper that he was also involved in racing a GTR and a Lambo. It's all very confusing, but he's definitely a fucktard...

Yeah that model RS6 is twin turbo V10. Allegedly they could do that speed with just the limited removed. Hope he never drives again!

Ok well the video is in an RS6.

Link to dash pic here.

Reading the Telegraph (Yep I did) his daughter has been banned for two years for encouraging him. May have been her filming. :o

My daughter would have had the handbrake in the roof lining.

Yea he owns rs6, r8, m5 and gtr. Lives in Northampton. what a tw*t at that speed anything could of happened.

X3 on the fucktard comment, I havent that word for so long  , thats Quality he is definitely a fucktard what kind of numpty would
film himself doing that!!!!.

We were up in Beadnell the other week and the guy in the house next door had a Nissan GTR, anyway I was talking to him and mentioned I had been in one at a Supercar day when I drove an Atom, and he offered to take me for a spin, my God they are quick, he blatted it up this A road and I was grabbing hold of things to hold on to, he casually mentioned that he was doing 170 on the A1 the day before !

Two things surprised me and one was how easy it looked to do those speeds and the other was it didn't actually look as quick as I thought it would when he passed the car in the inside lane.

+1

Unless the car in the inside lane was doing 140

Davis was also given a 10-year driving ban and must take an extended re-test before getting his licence back.

His daughter, Jordan, 23, of Hove Road, Rushden, was found guilty of encouraging dangerous driving and was given a two-year driving disqualification and an 18-month conditional discharge.
Quite a harsh sentence but deserved I think? have seen lesser sentences for worse offences.

Kinda what I was thinking.
Yes its excessive speed but it looks to be clear roads AND there was no accident, nobody died or got injured. He was just speeding so surely a ban would have been enough.
Just heard during the week about someone local who beat up his ex in front of their 2 young kids, she tried to get away by running out the house, he punched her to the ground, kicked and stamped on her, hit her with an iron bar, knocked out teeth, then punched a female neighbour to the ground twice who was trying to help and all he got was 300 hours community service!
It just seems to be that most of the time the punishments do not fit the crime.
