Sometimes when my cat is on my lap and purring away, he drools on my knee. I don't like it, does anyone else's cat do this?

Ours had a nasty habit of jumping on to your lap, nudging your chin to get attention, then does an about turn and sticks her ass in your face.
I think drooling is acceptable!

oh yeah he does that annoying turn too when trying to get comfy.

MrPT that's blinding the poor cat too, though it might save the birds from being hunted...

Your puss might have bad teeth, especially if fed on tinned food that is very high in sugar. Get the vet to take a peek.

He's fed on felix or whiskas pouches with dry food to graze on and for his teeth. He's been a drooler since we got him from the rescue centre three years ago..at his last booster the nurse said he's probably just a bit excited. I wish I could stop him drooling!
