Hi all-having problems with the catalytic converter,and has been suggested before that i try a petrol additive,but doing a tinternet search has come up with many different products for cleaning out the cat specifically,what are your thoughts on these products please,avoid?-worth a try?-thanks

If they're designed to clean the cat out I'd google the specific products to find out the in's and out's before you jump in Andy, as my father in law says " measure twice, cut once!"

is he a chippy ? it was drummed into me throughout my apprenticeship & has stood me well
on the cat clean . if yours is goosed Andy then what's to lose ? if it isn't though it may be after ?

Was a blacksmith/welder/fabricator, uses the phrase a lot

Suggest you put a dose of BG44K in a full tank of Shell V Power and then give it a run. :wink:
