Cat repellers that work .. (found one)

I just built another double garage, but this one does not have doors at the front so the car I just bought was "exposed" to wild cats that roam around here.

Every day, muddy prints on the windscreen, bonnet and roof. I did some research and bought this unit: http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Big-Cheese-Cat-Repeller/dp/B000NR8Q1U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=garden&qid=1258044345&sr=8-1

After using for two weeks, I can say that I have not had a single cat climb on the car again. Not bad price either.

It can work on a transformer as well, so saves on batteries. I have it mounted at 40 cm from the ground at the entrance of the garage. Hardly visible.

Interesting enough, the children hate the noise as well (obviously I can not hear it ...).

looks good...
but it does say:

Sophisticated detection system, which detects and repels cats, without harming them
Do they do a slightly modified version?

in all seriousness, that looks good. The cats around mine are ALWAYS destroying the planted area of my garden, so may be time for an investment...
