Without having to go too far, I found all of these castles on my doorstep.
I only had to drive a total of 15 miles from the house and back again.

Dudhope Castle, Dundee.

Claypotts Castle, Dundee.

Broughty Ferry Castle, Dundee.

Mains Castle, Dundee.

I have a project in mind for next spring - how many whisky distilleries can you visit in a day?

Thanks for sharing, I've been to all them castles when we did a Scotland round trip back in 2001. Loved the B&B's and the Scotland hospitality

We sampled the fresh water running down the mountain slopes, until someone mentioned there is sheep up in them mountains then we got ourselves bottled water
