Carwow G29 Review

Overall a positive review. I find Matt Watson of Carwow gives a more realistic real world review unlike a lot of the other mainstream automotive press who only seem to care about how cars go around a track.

Much prefer his stuff to other "consumer" car reviews. Entertaining and ever-modest about his driving abilities (which are probably better than average, given the one-handed-donut-while-doing-a-piece-to-camera).
 
Really enjoyed this too (apart from the fake looking water bottle incident :? ), thanks for linking - I'll be checking out his other reviews :thumbsup:
 
I'm subscribed to Carwow, and can only echo MrPT's comments.

As well as the reviews, I enjoy the 'drag race' videos. A bit of harmless, not very scientific fun! :driving:

With regards to the M40i in this test, it's probably the nicest example of a G29 I've seen. Dare I say I'm starting to come around to the styling...
 
Thought it was a pretty good and positive review, another fan of Matt, his reviews are more usefully in depth than most others and he doesn’t wear shorts like Doug :thumbsup:
 
Why the hell was he poking it with a stick?
And he seemed to like slamming things, must be testing the durability.

His USP is poking things with a stick. He does it all the time

My take on that was that it genuinely happened, and then they must've specially filmed a staged external shot of him stepping on a bottle just to show what happened. No doubt to make it obvious to us all that he hadn't peed his pants! :lol:

I agree with the rest of you - his reviews are great :thumbsup:
