Hey,

Just brought the zed out of hibernation for a nice little run, only to find my subwoofers appear to be no longer working??

The rest of stereo's all functioning correctly (eg, I have sound coming from all speakers) and the DSP tones (jazz club / stadium / etc) all function correctly.
Just no sound from the subs.

I've checked for water ingress, and there's nothing. I've also checked for loose connections around the amp and also nothing shows up.

Is there a fuse somewhere I can check etc, or anyone with further ideas?

cheers my dears :)

Can't be the audio system fuse or you'll get nothing. There is a 30A fuse on the amp itself, not sure what it's for, could be the sub portion? And why did it blow? Somehow, it has to be the wiring between amp and speakers.

I think there is a fuse for the amp, and a seperate one for the stereo, there are behind the glove box ( open glove box, push 2 tabs and the glove box drops down to reveal the fuses) but Im guessing the amp runs more/all speakers so they wouldn't work either if it was the fuse.

Cant say that it HAS blown.. just that they're definately not working....
I changed the battery out at the start of the month, as the old one had practically had it (not holding charge)

however, today was the first day I actually drove it with tunes on in quite a while :|

going to check the fuses now....

fuses are fine (nos 47 & 50).
took amp out and looked for fuse there, but didn't find one?
however, subs are now working fine, so maybe I knocked something when changing the battery.... ho-hum.

cheers guv'.. yeah.... definatelty been a while.

had my head deep within the world of MOPAR for the last year and a bit... a winter project turned into a two year plus project lol
