Cars here!...Question about windows!

Hi guys, my 2.3 sdrive turned up last night... love the car, even had some sun to get the top down before the weekend of rain!

Just a quick question, when you unlock and open the car how far are the windows supposed to drop, sometimes they drop about an inch and sometimes almost all the way down... do I have a small problem with the car or is this normal or a "Feature"

In iDrive if you have the lock button setting on "Comfort Opening", when you double click the unlock button on the remote, it causes the window to go down nearly all the way. It's apparently just to make it easier to get in and out of the car in tight spaces.

That would explain that!
I have been used to my Audi which was one press open drivers door 2 press open all doors, so thats why its been going nuts!

Just spend 10 mins looking in the hand book and couldnt find that info,

No worries! The windows are so small it doesn't make a huge difference with the Zed, but on my old 325i coupe it was useful at times, especially with the larger doors and windows.

I normally have it set on "drivers door only" so you need 2 presses for the passengers door and boot.
