Carly app pricing

Hi All,

A quick one for all Carly owners.

I purchased the pro version of the app back in August 2017 for £43 as an outright purchase.
Since the latest update Carly have disregarded my purchase agreement and are now demanding an annual fee!

Your thoughts anyone, can they do this??

Er yes they can and yes they did..many people were/are outraged...there’s a long history in software of people changing their promises so they weren’t the first and they won’t be the last...

Hi Mark, has it been a long while since you’ve used the app? The same thing happened to me ages ago but Carly allowed the original early purchasers to migrate to the latest app (with all add ons thrown in for free) without any further charges.
Have you already done this or is this the first you’ve heard of it? :?

Correct Rob, same with me.

@Mark, open a Carly support case on their homepage with regards on your playstore mail adress. The guys will update your license on their regristration server.
