Hi guys,
is there any way to contact a fellow member in my area for coding information..I looked at the list and found a guy near me but couldn't contact him..
Thanks

Where you based bud

There is a list of Carly operators with locations on here somewhere

Hi,
I am based in Croydon Surrey
I kinda wanted to know if Carrey will code the roof opening/closing and mirrors with the remote

In an E89 without comfort access you will need a 3rd party module (SmartTop etc) to close the roof off of the key afaik

I have electric (with button) folding mirrors, and the key fob opens the roof but not close it. a couple key presses will take windows down when driver's door is open and up when door is closed..

As above, you need a smarttop or similar to enable roof closing from the fob - you also get one touch operation from the console buttons

So, would Carley be able to code this on the present setup?? if not I guess it has to be a smarttop or similar..

thankz

Nope, you’ll need a third party module to enable this (unless you have the rare comfort access option fitted)

yeah guys, I would appreciate the folding mirrors code more than the top, if I had to choose..but I must admit I am little confused whether Carley can code any of that without comfort entry..
So if I need the smart top module (or simular) for these functions, then I won't need Carly.. right?
I bought this Z4 bout a month ago with 8600 miles, and I love everything about it except those damn hard as hell 19" Bridgestone RF tires :(
