Carbon leather trim?

I have one of these sets available. (trying to raise cash for my new project) its from a UK car. 2 dash pieces, 1 centre console piece. :thumbsup:

Personally I’m not the biggest fan of the carbon leather trim. It’s leather that pretends to look like carbon. I don’t see the point; because you can really see it’s not carbon! If it was real carbon, then this would be really cool. For me it depends what color the car has. In a black or blue car it’s nice to have an all black interior.

My car is silver and I love the silver aluminium trim. This is not plastic like in other BMW's, but it’s a layer of real aluminium. When you touch it, it feels cold. It makes a nice visual unity with the silver door handles. Only downside; the center console scratches easily.

Totally agree with you there, leather dressed up as carbon is really just bonkers haha.. Bit naff as an idea me thinks, as is carbon panels on a 1.5tonne car aswell for that matter!
I didn’t spec my alu panels but I’m glad someone did. I’ve bought a new centre console bit and put paint protection on it to keep it mint. :)
Only thing I’d add is extended champagne leather
