Make sure you give it a good thrashing too. Mine would cut out with an EML light when I floored it past 4000rpm in 2nd gear or above (on an M though, so your's might be fine).
Supplier claimed it was due to mine not being remapped to take advantage of it - yet the only remapping that would have helped was to have reduced the fuelling as the error was 'too rich' - i.e. not getting enough air (due to a too narrow neck).
Got my money back, and am waiting for a sub-£300 Gruppe-M to be offered for sale
