Due to some health issue, I was not able to drive my 05 zed for about 8 months. Got in car today for a run nice day and had these issues.
Prior to car sitting - replace plugs and ignition coils all 6 car ran fine no issues. So guess old gas (stupid me didn't put staybill in tank - full tank when parked. So do I have tank drained, or just clean fuel injectors or get injectors replace after tank drain? Except for the check engine etc car ran with out any issues. Car has been on battery tender
1. Check fuel cap - which went away after about 10 min into drive.
2. Then check engine light came on with check fuel cap.
Using carly following codes received

1. 000074- low beam interruption right/left nozzle break
2. 0002747 - mis fire cylinder 4
3. 00274E - mis fire at plurality of cylinders
4. 002774 - Engine shut down time (issue category- fuel preparation system)
5.002746 - mis fire cylinder 2
6. 0027cc - DMTL leak
7. 00276D - fuel check ventilation

My opinion - the petrol will be fine. Clear the codes and see which ones come back. Make sure the battery is healthy.

It is possible the fuel has gone stale, or maybe condensation is in the tank.
If there is condensation in the tank then the pump may be picking that up first. A drive around may be enough to mix it all up again.
Clearing the codes is always a good first step, but as you say, one or two seem to be coming back at least.
Interesting though that the car ran fine.
I certainly wouldn't dive in and spend loads of cash straight off.
Maybe a decent hard thrash will sort it all out (Italian tune up).
Do it in a circular route not too far from home though.
The advantage of thrashing it is you'll use the fuel a lot quicker and can stick some fresh stuff in.
Maybe a bottle of injector cleaner too?

my car was sitting for 2 years. drove fine and didn't have any of those codes. sounds like he needs the vanos rebuilt.
