Just a few random car related shots from my recent trip to Vegas, LA & San Francisco.
I think the highlight for me was the Penske Ferrari/Maserati dealership in our hotel (The Wynn). It was $10 entry, I was the first person in the dealership as soon as it opened at 9am like a kid on Christmas day !
Unfortunately photographs were banned from the main showroom but that didn’t stop me wandering into the servicing area in the basement ‘by accident’ and sneaking a few snaps. Just check out the Shelby, complete with a nitrous switch. This car had a fact sheet in the rear which valued it at $275 000. It was an absolute beast and stood out along side all the other exotica by a long way. When speaking to the guy in the used car section (we will get to that in a minute) he said that the owner brings it in every month for an oil change!
So when I finally arrived in the used car section also in the basement, what I found was probably what would resemble my car collection if the opportunity ever arose. The koenigsegg was an amazing $1.25M. In addition to this was various R8’s, Aston Martins, Ferrari 599’s, 430’s, Corvettes etc. Only managed a few shots until the guy walked in and said no photographs, however what’s not pictured is a few Indy cars for sale which looked amazing, and at the very end was a z4 roadster 3.0! – mixing it up with the best of them.

Hotel Wynn hotel transportation - stunning.

Ferrari Californias were very common in LA to the point were i actually stopped looking!

Rental car on Mullholland drive LA. (ordered a Mustang Cab and ended up with this thanks to Hertz!)

Quite a few cars like this in SanFran - i think it needs bigger rims - looks under wheeled to me?
