car Insurance Abroad

Hi guys
We are driving down to the Costas where we have a Villa booked for two months so with the travelling we will be 65 days. Our insurance is 60 days is it a case of ringing them to see if they will do the extra days. Has anyone experienced this

I haev only done the other way around, i.e. take a foreign car into the UK and there was no liimit for insurance at all, typically the UK insurance is different again.

Only option is to call them, can't see a problem for such a small time.

We will be renewing our policy before we go, but like most online policies it’s exactly that, no phone no until you have purchased it. :x
