Car door knob stuck closed and key will not open

so the locks are completely broken I have no Idea what it is. the key shouldnt be the problem since it opens the trunk electronically. Key will not open or close doors

as seen in the video pulling on the handle from the inside wont work either

but basically the passenger is stuck open and the drivers side is stuck closed and I have no Idea what to do fuse 8 isnt blown so it shouldnt be that either.

any thoughts?

So with the key in the ignition it opened once but not again, then I started and ran the car for a couple minutes and it opened after a couple of tries but its stuck in the down position
