Car Crash and Flip Off the Side of a Mountain

Scary indeed... although he says the crash was caused by being distracted by the person waving, along with the bump in the road... when as I see it the one thing that caused the whole lot is driving like a dickhead out of a tunnel, with no visibility whatsoever! This time it turned out to be a sharp corner, but it could just as easily been someone in the road, or anything else for that matter. Hopefully his mates all calm down a bit after seeing that.
 
He got away pretty lightly if you ask me. That car could of easily kept on going to the bottom.

He seemed to have the reactions of a snail.!!
 
That's one lucky guy, I know instinctively you are going to brake when you start to oversteer, but surely a bit of opposite lock would have had a better outcome even in an SUV?
 
I still have a warranty replacement engine mount on my desk at work that was meant for the owner/driver of this car... :(
