Thinking of having a run out to this event June 21st 2020, if anyone South Wales and Bristol are interested in cruising to it. Have sent for details of Club attendances, there is a £5 per person entry on the day, no advance booking for public, booking form for classics.

Details from the organisers as follows
Thank you for your enquiry. Please find attached a flyer for the event and an entry form which you can distribute to your members. The entry form can be completed and either posted with a cheque, or emailed with payment by paypal. This can be on an individual basis.

We are not able to reserve areas for club entries due to logistical problems, but we do suggest that entrants who wish to be together meet up off-site and arrive in convoy.
Booking form attached should you require one.
Note: the £5 entry fee covers car and two in a display vehicle.

If there is interest probably have RVP's at Magor Services M4, and Michaelswood Services M5 on the way up to Ashchurch then across to Evesham and Stratford upon Avon for the Airfield. It will be a bring a Picnic trip.
Timings on here later when we know numbers, please state where you would want to RV.

Event Cancelled, organisers email received today.
Wellesbourne Wings and Wheels 2020

Due to the Corvid-19 epidemic, we have had to cancel our planned event in accordance with the latest Government advice. If you have already entered, we are therefore returning all cheques and Paypal payments.

If circumstances permit, we will hold a smaller event later in the year, but probably without the Classic Vehicles element. We intend to hold a full event including Classic Vehicles on 20th June 2021, and we hope you will be able to participate.
