Caffeine & Machine 8th September

Hi everyone,

Anyone interested in a Caffeine & Machine run on the 8th of September? I've already asked a few of my Z4 friends if they wanted/could come on the suggested date and 3 of them said yes. So far, 4 Z4s are heading there on the 8th.

I'm happy to meet near Caffeine & Machine, but similarly my day will start early so I can drive some good b-roads while they're empty.

Currently the plan is: I'm meeting with two friends near junction 4 M40, then heading to Brackley where we meet another Z4 owner. Then we're driving the A422 towards Banbury -> B4451 to Southam -> Welsh Rd up to B4455 -> head towards Caffeine & Machine.

This might be a good options to those who can't go to the Peak District but still want to drive some twisty roads.

More planning is required, and route can be amended with better driving roads if anyone has any suggestions.
 
Hopefully I will try to meet you there. At the moment I shall just say it’s a possibility as Mrs. Merbrook is in the early stages of recovering from pneumonia and she is my priority. I will confirm later next week.

I think we'd get there just before opening time to get a decent parking spot.

I'll be up for this as its only 20 mins away from me and probably the last meet up for ZED before it goes into hibernation.

Weather dependent though.

I've ditched work for the day :D , so am up for this. Can meet you M40 / A43 on the way to Brackley.

Will have to skip this as it’s the supercar event at Blenheim Palace Sunday 8th.

Look forward to the next one though, always a good time at caffeine and machine.

Hopefully we'll get there half hour after opening time. Our drive should take about 2hours or so and we're leaving at 8am.
