I’m replacing the valve cover gasket and once I got it off the whole engine smelt burnt. Is this normal? Or is there something else I should probably take a look at.
I noticed there really wasn’t any leaking from the gasket but one of the bolts holding it was loose. But might as well replace it I guess.
