Expensive fix? 
Yes - it is now that you have driven it to that extent seized. You'll need new caliper, new disks both sides and new front pads both sides (you have to do both to keep it balanced and don't be tempted to do just the one side). With that level of heat you'll also likely have damaged the wheel bearing (melted the grease and/or seals).
Don't drive it until you get it fixed as it is dangerous and will give unpredictable braking.
Get ya credit cards out. Depending on who does it and if oem or aftermarket bits then £400- £500 sounds right :thumbsdown:

All fixed it was just a sticky brake pad
