Bulb warning light on full beam

Need some assistance here please.

So I have a pre-facelift with Xenons, meaning halogen full beams. Whenever I put the main beams on, I get a bulb out wanring light on the dash that will only go away when you restart the car.
I've replaced the bulbs today and the problem persists.

Could it be a faulty LCM?

Maybe, or a dodgy connection/bulb holder? Worth eliminating the cheaper items first

Well I replaced the bulbs today and all the connections seemed perfect, at least at the bulb end. Anywhere else I should check?

For the sake of £20, I'm buying a used PCM off ebay!
Just need to get a PA Soft cable to recode the VIN and mileage - anyone got a link to one?

I was looking into coding for mine a while back and think WINkfp was one?
Otherwise as above, the actual bulb holder may be causing the connection issue. These are quick plug and play.

WinKFP to code, although I used SSProgman when I recoded my LCM from pre-facelift halogen to facelift Xenon.
