broken spring, claim on warranty?

Hi, Now I know I have a broken rear spring how much is it going to cost to change it. I have an extended BMW warranty with a 250 pound excess that I will have to pay if the main dealers do it.
Not going down the DIY route so would an indie be cheaper, I see in other posts that the springs are about 150.

Soper supplied both rears to be at a little over £152 delivered. Just mention this forum and they'll give you a good discount. :thumbsup:

My indie fitted them for me for £30!

as to your inital question then I would first try through warranty and see if they will do it without charging the excess if they say they will still then check to see if an indie will be cheaper (going by how much I paid all in then I would think so).
