Been watching some on My 5 on catch up.

Apparently on average we spend 2 days a year looking for a parking space.

Not me. I have allocated parking if i bother to go to the office (Town centre)
At home i have allocated spot in the garage and can even lock the gate into the street

I think that is an overall average mate, it's the ladies taking on average 2 hours to actually park each time that skews it upwards.

It's mostly about not being able to park and when they do they get a fine :wink:

When I was away for a few days in Dorset last month finding a space wasn't a problem, it was paying that took ages! I don't tend to carry coins these days and none of their machines took cards, so it was down to loading an App I'll probably never want again.

37 Millions cars trying to find 7 million parking spaces.
So glad i not need to visit or live in a city
