Bristol based owner 2006 3.0si facelift

Hi All,

Just become the new owner of a 2006 BMW 3.0si and found my car is in transport mode... I am in Bristol if anyone has the kit to reset this? if not I will have to book it in with a main dealer or independant next week. Very frustrating as lots of functions are not working.

Sorry to hear of your problem - if only BMW dealers did the PDI properly and deleted it instead of just turning it off. :headbang:

I hope you can get it sorted painlessly.

hi mike from fellow 2006 3.0 si owner bmw should really sort this for you as its down to the pdi inspection not been done as per bmw specification!

You’re going to need someone that has INPA software on a laptop and some idea of what they are doing to fix your transport mode issue.
