Brilliant Day Out West (Z4-Forum Exclusive)

Well, 20+ years without ever getting a speeding ticket, and 2 YEARS with this CAR, and i get one, hard to believe that red AND sports car would not equal even more tickets.
 
I make a concerted effort to keep the intricacies of my job away from here but, vehicles aren't stopped based on their color nor the person driving them unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a matching BOLO. There are very strict certifications and radar checks/logs that must be kept. When in doubt, hire an attorney - can't afford one: plead not guilty, ask for the radar log, officer radar certification and plead your case respectfully. You have nothing to lose.
It's not a big deal rosie, it's just a speeding ticket. You are obviously a very conscientious driver, don't sweat the small stuff :)

*no mechanical device and no human being is perfect, there's always the error factor and I'll leave it at that*
 
^^^ I fight every ticket I get. I always hire someone to fight the ticket. Costs me $400 and I do not have to go to court. :D
