I have a 2005 Z4 with the Bi-Xenon headlights and they are just fine. However, I was wondering if there is a brighter/whiter bulb available for the DRL/Flash to Pass lights (the ones in front on the inside).

Sort of. They are 10w bulbs inside a "disposable" plastic holder. They are supposed to be replaced as a unit. You can get a 20w version of just the bulb, then drill out a couple spots in the holder to allow just the bulbs to be replaced.
